Missed our event? Listen and watch HERE Guest Speaker: Elle Rustique, Ph.D., CEO and Founder of TipBrightly, talk about her mission to help tipped service workers recover the lost opportunity for earnings in an increasingly cashless society.  The daughter of first-generation immigrants from the Philippines, Elle was inspired to help women like her mother whose tips she spent on her children.

A published author,  Elle holds degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, Columbia University’s Teachers College, and University College London’s Institute of Education. She also held a post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University.  Devoting her life’s work to improving educational systems to be more equitable, Elle began her career in education as a high school teacher in East Harlem, New York.
