WHAT IS FREE CITY

  • The Free City program provides free tuition for all San Francisco Residents
  • Free City can make it easier to work towards your CCSF goal, whether it be transfer preparation, hob training, "upskilling" and career advancement, or lifelong learning.
  • Students do not need to meet the income requirements. Students can have already achieved a college certificate or degree.  Yes, you may still be eligible!

GET FREE TUITION

You are eligible for Free City if you:

  • You applied for CCSF and are registering for classes
  • Live in San Francisco
  • Have California residency or a non-resident exemption (AB 540)
