There are several ways to contact the Office of International Programs (OIP). Due to COVID-19, our department's services are all offered remotely. You can contact us by visiting our virtual counter, emailing us, or booking an appointment with us. Please click on one of the options below for more details.

You can visit our virtual help counter via Zoom during the hours listed below (no appointment needed). When you click on the link below, you will be placed in a Zoom waiting room, and our staff will admit you as soon as it is your turn. Please note that the wait time may be a few minutes if we are already assisting another student. 

If you are not able to meet with us during our virtual office drop-in hours, you can also schedule a phone or Zoom appointment with our office staff by clicking on the link below.

  2. Select a method first: Zoom meeting, or phone call (U.S. phone only)
  3. Select a day/time (be aware of the time zone)
  4. Add your details and click "Book" at the bottom
  5. A few minutes later, you will receive a confirmation email. If you chose a Zoom meeting, the Zoom link will be included in the email. If you chose a phone call (U.S. phone only), we will call your U.S. phone number at the appointment day/time. If you don't see the email, check your junk/spam inbox.
