A free enrollment verification document for government benefits, employment purposes, health or auto insurance discounts, etc, can now be printed out. Students can print their own official CCSF enrollment verification through National Student Clearinghouse. National Student Clearinghouse handles the reporting of all enrollment and degree verifications to loan providers, prospective employers.
How to Print a Credit Enrollment Verification Document
- Log in to your myRAM Portal
- Under Student Portal, click on the Enrollment Verification link.
- This will take you to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
- Follow the instructions and click on the proper link to print out your copy. This is an official document that has been certified by both the college and NSCH.
Are you a credit student who has a form that you need to have completed? Please email any documentation you need to be filled out, signed or stamped by CCSF Admissions to enrollverification@ccsf.edu. Please ensure that you have completely filled out your portion of the form prior to emailing.
Noncredit students may request for an enrollment verification by submitting a FERPA Authorization Form and a copy of Photo ID to nc_admit@ccsf.edu.
