Drop-in to meet with a counselor. Use our Virtual Counseling zoom sessions to ask your questions to an academic counselor. Sessions are limited to 15 minutes.  Appointments also available if you need more time. Our classified staff are available and waiting to assist you from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

How to Use Counseling Virtual Help Counter

Step 1: Go to Virtual Help Counter during Open Hours

Virtual Counseling sessions are scheduled daily.  Monday - Thursday between the hours of 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. (Please note: no drop-in is available 12- 1 p.m.) 

Select a time to meet a counselor for drop-in counseling and join us in a Virtual Counseling session.

Step 2. Wait for the next available Classified Staff  

A classified staff member will invite you into our Virtual Office to check in.  They will add you to the counseling drop-in screen.  You will be taken to a "waiting room" to wait for the next available counselor to meet with you. Do not close the window or leave the waiting room or you will be disconnected and required to log-in again. Please have your questions and Student ID# ready.

Step 3. Meet with our Staff

A classified staff member will pull you into a virtual counseling office, you do not need to do anything. Thank you in advance for your patience as our Staff work as fast as possible to assist you with our counseling services.
