City College of San Francisco is rolling out an enterprise-wide Student Printing system. Here are some of the benefits:

  • The ability to print, copy and scan from any of the Multi-Function Copiers
  • Same cost throughout the college (starting at 10 cents for letter-size print job in black and white, see FAQ for complete pricing)
  • Same consistent interface
  • Print from your own device:
  • You can also use a participating lab computer to print
  • Print out from any of our MFCs
  • Use electronic payment methods to add money to your account
  • To see how much you have in your account
  • Manage all of your print jobs
  • Add money (via Credit Card or Print Card) to your account

Credit Card:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Add Money (along the right side)
  3. Click Select the amount and choose $1, $2 or $5
  4. Click Add value
  5. Fill out the form
  6. Click Pay now button

CCSF Print Card:

  1. Purchase a CCSF Print Card ($1, $2 or $5)
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click Redeem Card (along the right side)
  4. Type in the code on the CCSF Print Card
  5. Click the Redeem Card button

If your Student ID starts with an at sign (@), you'll be unable to log into the Multi-Function Copiers. To work around this issue:

  • Create a guest login (under the regular login)
  • It's labeled "Click here to create Guest account"
  • Add your name, personal e-mail, user name and password. NOTE: "guest" will be added in front of user name.
  • Use this account instead of your Student ID/RAM ID credentials for this system
  • Install Mobility Print (one time per device)
  • Print like normal (e.g. File | Print, Ctrl+P, etc)
  • Choose the CCSF-StudentPrinter
  • Go to any print release station and release your job
