Step 2. Wait For the Next Available Specialist

You will be taken to a 'Waiting Room' to wait for the next available specialist to meet with you. Do not close the window or leave the waiting room or you will be disconnected and you'll lose your place in line. Please have your questions and student ID ready.

Step 3. Meet with a Specialist

Our greeter (Host) will bring you into the 'Main Session' where he/she will take down your information (name, ID, reason for visit) and will assign you to a 'Breakout Room' to meet with a specialist.
