Become a U.S. Citizen

Citizenship Day at CCSF Chinatown

Are you preparing to fill out the N-400 form? Have you submitted the form? Are you waiting for the interview notice? While you’re preparing to apply for naturalization or waiting for the interview, you can take free noncredit ESL Citizenship classes!

Take classes to learn English and prepare for the U.S. Citizenship test

Naturalization interview

In our noncredit ESL Citizenship classes, students learn English for the naturalization interview, the reading and writing test, and the 100 civics questions about U.S. history, government, and the Constitution.

ESL learner applicants need to practice listening and speaking skills to prepare for the interview test. Our Citizenship and general ESL classes on weekdays, evenings, and weekends will help you get ready for this new chapter.
