RAM ID is CCSF’s password management service in honor of the CCSF Rams mascot and will help eliminate the need for individual passwords to each of the services listed below.

For Students, your RAM ID is your Student ID number, typically starting with an S, W or @. RAM ID will allow you to log in to the following systems:

  • myRAM Portal
  • CCSF Student Wi-Fi Network
  • Canvas (Online Courses)
  • Campus Logic (Financial Aid)
  • Starfish (Counseling & Early Alert)
  • Awardspring (Scholarships)
  • WEPA (Printing)

For Faculty and Staff, your RAM ID is typically your first initial followed by last name, the same as your email name. RAM ID will allow you to login to the following systems:

  • myRAM Portal
  • CCSF Desktop Network
  • CCSF Staff Wi-Fi Network
  • Office 365 Email
  • Argos
  • CurricUNET
  • Canvas (Online Courses)
  • Campus Logic (Financial Aid)
  • Starfish (Counseling & Early Alert)
  • Awardspring (Scholarships)

Managing your password is done through the 24/7 RAM ID Self Service portal.

Accessing RAM ID Portal

  1. Go to CCSF website
  2. Click on MyCCSF link (upper right corner)
  3. Click on myCCSF Login Portal link under Service and Email section.

Step 1: Go to the myCCSF Login Portal

Step 2: Enter your RAM ID username (i.e., W00.., @00.. for students, for staff check "I am Staff/Faculty" checkbox) along with your current password, the click "Login" button.

Step 3: You should now be able to log into the myCCSF Portal and receive direct access to all your CCSF Resources.

Step 1: Go to the myRAM Login Portal

Step 2: Click on "New to RAM ID? Forgot Password?" button.

Step 3: Enter your RAM ID username (i.e., W00.., @00.. for students, for staff check "I am Staff/Faculty" checkbox).

Step 4: You will be prompted to answer 3 [Mandatory] questions to verify your identity.

Step 5: Password setup. Enter your new password based on the displayed requirements.

Step 6: You will be prompted to enroll in your new security questions. Pick 2 out of the 10 available to answer.

Step 7: You will also be prompted to enroll your mobile device and personal email for future password recovery options. A one-time-password (OTP) will be sent to verify your identity. Although these are OPTIONAL enrollments and can be skipped, we highly recommend utilizing these features as it will increase your password recovery options.

Step 8: You should now be logged into the myCCSF Portal and have access to all your CCSF Resources.
