1 Student Email and Online ServicesAfter you submit your application, you'll receive your CCSF Student ID number and instructions for accessing your student accounts. Your Student ID gives you access to important tools and services, including:

3 Schedule an Appointment with a CounselorA CCSF counselor can help you:
Whether your goal is transferring to a university, earning a degree, gaining job skills, or exploring your interests, counseling can help you create a clear plan. | 4 Create Your Education PlanWorking with a counselor, you'll create an education plan that outlines the courses you'll need to meet your goals. Having a plan can help you stay on track, make informed decisions, and graduate or transfer more efficiently. |
5 Apply for Financial AidMany CCSF students qualify for financial assistance. Submit one of the following applications as early as possible:
Financial aid can help cover tuition, books, transportation, supplies, and other educational expenses. | 6 Register for ClassesOnce your registration date becomes available, you can enroll in classes through myRAM. Be sure to review your registration appointment and register as early as possible to secure the courses you need. Some students may qualify for priority registration based on eligibility and program participation. |
7 Pay Fees or Confirm Your Payment PlanReview your account balance and take care of any fees by the applicable deadlines. Delayed payments may affect your enrollment status. If you're receiving financial aid, be sure to review your award status and any outstanding requirements. | 8 Get Your Books and Course MaterialsAfter registering for classes, review your course requirements and purchase or obtain any required textbooks, digital materials, supplies, or equipment.
