Notice to Bidders (NTB) #2023-050
CCSF Ocean Campus – Diego Rivera Theater Project

NTB # 2023-050:  San Francisco Community College District is seeking competitive bids from prequalified bidders to provide services as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the District’s Diego Rivera Theater Project (DRT). Pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 20101 and 20651.5, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified will be deemed non-responsive and shall have their bid returned unopened.

Respondents to this NTB shall submit a fully completed bid, using the District’s bid form, including all other required bid forms as defined in the District’s NTB Documents.

NTB Documents will be issued to prequalified firms starting 6/12/2023.

For questions, contact the Office of Facilities Planning and Construction, via email sent to facilities@ccsf.edu and mransom@kitchell.com.  Questions are due no later than 6/30/2023 by 1:00 PM.

Bids are due on 7/14/2023 by 1:00 PM. CMAR firms must be appropriately licensed and registered in the State of California for construction services as required to complete the Project.

This project is a public works project subject to prevailing wage laws. Small/local business participation is encouraged. District reserves the right to reject any/all bids. Advertising dates:  5/21/23 and 5/28/23.
