If you've used the Canvas Student or Teacher app on a mobile device recently, you may still be able to access Canvas that way even if the RAM ID portal is down.
Zoom Tips:
Check the Zoom system status above. If no issues are reported, visit Zoom's support page for answers to your questions or to work directly with their Zoom Virtual Assistant.
Students receive a message via your school email as soon as a known Canvas outage is confirmed.
Your instructors and college employees are notified of the Canvas outage.
The Office of Online Learning monitors the outage until it is resolved.
You’ll get another message via your school email when Canvas is back online.

Note on Canvas Outages Over Holidays or Noninstructional Days:
Canvas outages during noninstructional days (e.g., holidays or weekends) or during off hours may not trigger immediate messaging to faculty and students. You are encouraged to monitor the Canvas Status page linked above to check whether a Canvas outage is in progress.
