If you are traveling out of the country, and can't access Canvas, there are a few areas where Canvas is completely inaccessible.
If you have difficulty logging into Canvas on campus, make sure you are connected to the CCSF WiFi network. If you are connected to the WiFi network or if you are off campus, you can check if there is a RAM ID portal outage preventing you from logging in. If you recently logged into Canvas using the Canvas Student App or Canvas Teacher App on a mobile device, you may still be able to use that method to access Canvas while the RAM ID portal is unavailable.
If Canvas is not working or if it is behaving incorrectly, you can check to see if Canvas is experiencing a system outage or other critical issues. If you don't see any issues listed below, you can Chat with Canvas Support.
