New employees that have completed the HR onboarding process, please visit the District Police Department to complete your final onboarding step that includes receiving a temporary parking pass and registering for your Employee Parking Permit. Afterwards, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your employee hangtag parking permit. The District Police Department is in Judson Village, Bungalow 800.

To apply for a current parking permit, follow the below instructions:
Before you begin, you will need your Employee ID, vehicle information (make, model, plate, etc.) and current mailing address.
- Go to https://ccsf.thepermitstore.com and click on “PERMITS”
- Enter your CCSF Employee ID number and click on “SEARCH”
- Two permit types will be displayed
- If you are applying for a permit for any vehicle, click on “ADD” item in the Hangtag Permit Current Year box.
- Motorcycle parking is free, permit not required
- If you need another permit, click “ADD MORE ITEMS” and repeat Step 4
- Click on “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT”
- Click on “NEW ACCOUNT”
- Click on “ADD VEHICLES” to your account
- Click the [SELECT] box and select [Add New Vehicle]
- Populate all the required information
- If you need to add more vehicles for a hanging permit (max of 3), click on “ADD ANOTHER VEHICLE”
- Enter your current mailing information to receive your new permit.
- Review your order
- After completing your order, PRINT a temporary permit for your vehicle/s
- EACH vehicle will need its own temporary permit and is valid only with the vehicle listed on the temporary permit
- Motorcycles do not require a parking permit
Remember, if you make any changes to your vehicles: buy, sell, new plates, etc., it is your responsibility to return to this site and update your information.
