A first course in high school geometry. Topics include point, lines, and planes; classification of angles; triangles and the Pythagorean theorem; classifications of polygons; perimeters and areas of polygons; circumference and area of circles; surface areas and volumes of three-dimensional shapes.
FULLY ONLINE CLASS (on Canvas and Zoom): TRST 3423 is part of CityOnline. Students complete all classwork and communicate with their teacher and classmates online. Live online meetings take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm and require the use of CityZoom, Zoom's web conference platform in Canvas, using an internet enabled device.
