- SF Ed Fund Volunteer Opportunities
- SF Library FOG Tutors: FOG (Free Orton-Gillingham) Readers: Support struggling readers in grades 1-4 with best literacy practices
CCSF Courses: Explore the field and earn units for volunteer or paid work experience
- CDEV 150: Orientation to PK-12 Education: Concepts and issues related to teaching diverse learners in today's contemporary schools, PK through grade 12 (PK-12)
- CDEV 120: Special Education TK-12: Introduction to basic issues in special education TK (transitional kindergarten-12) including legal rights of children with disabilities and their families, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), disability awareness, inclusion, collaboration strategies and community resources.
- One-unit Inclusive Education courses on ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Social Emotional Differences, IEPs, Early Autism, Sensory Motor Processing Disorder and Children's Emotional Development
- CDEV 114: Work Experience: Earn 1 unit of credit for 54 hours of paid or unpaid work in ECE, K-12 classroom or Youth Work settings (up to three units)
- CDEV 78A & CDEV 78B: Youth Work Field Experience: These courses are taken together and are geared towards those working in youth-serving agencies to make connections between theory and practice.
