American Federation of Teachers, Local 2121 (AFT)

The District and AFT held its fifth bargaining session. During this session, AFT presented proposals/counterproposals for Article 9 - Evaluations, Article 10 - Disciplinary Action, Article 13-1 - Part-Time Reemployment Preference, ICE Protections (Article 16), Article 17 - Leaves, and Article 28 - Retired Faculty.

The District and AFT held its fourth bargaining session. During this session, AFT presented counterproposals for Article 13 – Assignment and Scheduling, Article 16 – Work Environment (Remote Work), and Exhibit U: Improvement Plan Form.

AFT proposed Downtown Impacts Bargaining Proposal to CCSF.

The District and AFT met virtually to discuss impacts bargaining related to the Downtown Program Changes. AFT shared their plans to send initial proposals early the following week on topics discussed during this meeting.

Service Employees International Union, Local 1021 (SEIU)

The District and SEIU held its sixth bargaining session. During this session, SEIU responded to the District's Joint Communication Agreement.

The District and SEIU held its fifth bargaining session. During this session, SEIU passed responses, proposals/counterproposals to the District for Joint Communication Agreement, Article 7 - Union Representatives, Article 34 - Holidays and Article 26 - No Work Stoppage.

San Francisco Building & Construction Trade Council Unions (SFBCTCU)

The District and SFBCTCU met for their thirteenth bargaining session. During this session, SFBCTCU shared a Package Proposal counter with the District.
