Help Available in the ACRC

For students who appear in person at Batmale 301 with CCSF Photo Identification, the Faculty Monitors and the Technical Support Staff can reset passwords for:

  • CCSF Gmail accounts
  • hills Linux accounts
  • Macintosh Intranetwork accounts (accessible in Batmale 301 and locations at Visual Arts and Mission Campus)
  • Windows Intranetwork accounts (accessible in Batmale 301)
  • shelbyville Linux accounts (accessible in Batmale locations)
  • Oracle accounts
  • MySQL accounts

ACRC Support Staff can also assist students with resetting their own passwords for the systems listed above, as well as:

  • RAM ID (which allows access to systems that include the CCSF WiFi network and CANVAS)
  • Web4
