Help Available in the ACRC
For students who appear in person at Batmale 301 with CCSF Photo Identification, the Faculty Monitors and the Technical Support Staff can reset passwords for:
- CCSF Gmail accounts
 - hills Linux accounts
 - Macintosh Intranetwork accounts (accessible in Batmale 301 and locations at Visual Arts and Mission Campus)
 - Windows Intranetwork accounts (accessible in Batmale 301)
 - shelbyville Linux accounts (accessible in Batmale locations)
 - Oracle accounts
 - MySQL accounts
 
ACRC Support Staff can also assist students with resetting their own passwords for the systems listed above, as well as:
- RAM ID (which allows access to systems that include the CCSF WiFi network and CANVAS)
 - Web4
 
ITS Help Desk for Students:
For students at other locations, the ITS Help Desk is available Monday - Friday, 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. for free assistance with:
- password resets
 - wifi access
 - directions on campus
 - locations of CCSF services
