Preparation for the computer-adaptive examination used by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) to verify cognitive competency of a basic level Emergency Medical Technician. This course assists students with test-taking skills on scenario-based exams.
EMT 99 requires live online meetings and the use of Canvas. The live online meetings take place on Fridays from 9:10 am to 12:00 pm on 7/5/24, 7/12/24, 7/19/24, and 7/26/24, and requires the use of CityZoom, Zoom's web conferencing platform in Canvas, using an internet enabled device. Some coursework will require the use of Canvas. This class is part of CityOnline and is 4 weeks. For course details, students must check the instructor's website.
