Catalog Description
This course meets the State of California requirements for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) refresher and provides the course content and skills verification necessary to recertify as an EMT at the basic level. This course fulfills the National Registry of EMT's (NREMT) continuing competency model for recertification at the national level.

This class requires in-person meetings and the use of Canvas. In-person meeting information is in the class schedule. Students will also complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device. This class is part of CityOnline and is 4 weeks.
