Catalog Description
This course focuses on the development of quantitative reasoning and pattern recognition skills through in-depth, integrated explorations of topics in mathematics. Topics include the integers, rational numbers, real numbers, number theory, and set theory. Emphasis is on comprehension and analysis of mathematical concepts and applications of logical reasoning. Designed especially for prospective elementary or middle-school teachers.
