First course in a two-semester sequence required of most premedical, biology, veterinary, physical therapy, and architecture degrees. Core topics include kinematics, dynamics, work and energy, momentum, rotations, simple harmonic motion, fluids, heat, and thermodynamics.
This class requires live online meetings that take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:10 AM to 12:25 PM, and Thursdays from 10:10 AM to 11:00 AM. Live online meetings require the use of a webcam, and of CityZoom, Zoom’s web conferencing platform in Canvas, using an internet enabled device. This class is part of CityOnline and is 17.5 Weeks.
