Catalog Description

Critical approaches to social, legal, and political problems are studied through oral argument and debate. Analysis, evidence, reasoning, ethics, rhetorical power and persuasion from a communication studies perspective.

Section Notes

This is a 16-week in-person class with mandatory meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Ocean Campus. Students will primarily complete coursework by attending in-person meetings and will also need an internet enabled device to complete some coursework in Canvas.
