Catalog Description
Elements of garment construction using intermediate clothing construction methods and techniques. Multiple finishes, hard to handle fabrics, use of overlock, complex construction sequences. Students construct three garments using techniques from class.
Section Notes
This class requires five in-person meetings on Tuesday, 8/27, 9/17, 10/22, 11/19, and 12/17 from 9:10 am to 2:00 pm, at the Chinatown/ North Beach Annex Building in Room A404. All coursework is completed on Canvas using an internet enabled device. This class is part of CityOnline and is 17.5 weeks. For course details, students must check the instructor’s website .
