Course Section-Level Reporting

SLO Coordinators monitor course section-level reporting. Between 2015 and 2020, SLO coordinators reviewed statistics to evaluate percentages of missing course section-level reports and identify departments where assistance efforts should be focused to increase assessment and reporting practices. CCSF faculty have a high rate of completing course section-level reporting (see chart below). Beginning in 2020, course section-level reporting data is documented in the SLO Coordinator's annual reports using a narrative approach. In Fall 2021, SLO Coordinators began a deeper dive into course section-level reporting and are currently in the process of reviewing a sample of reports in order to evalute the benefits and effectiveness of semester course section-level process in order to see if improvments can be made.
