The mission of Tulay is to provide culturally relevant, student-centered services, and experience to support success. Our partnerships with various resources seek to empower students by promoting healthy identity formation and a strong sense of community. Tulay students become advocates for themselves, their community, and their education.

Borrow books for FREE!
Our Book Loan Program allows you to borrow textbooks for the entire semester, FREE of charge. Students are asked to return the books in good condition by the end of finals week. Books go fast, so utilize this service in the first few weeks of the semester. Also, we invite students to donate unwanted or used books to our inventory so that we can continue this program.
The application for the Spring 2021 College Support Scholarship is now available. The eligibility criteria is as follows:
$1,000 award for books, supplies, transportation, childcare, and other college-related necessities to be paid over two semesters at $500 each semester for students who continue to meet eligibility requirements
- Completed 6 units at CCSF
- Maintain a minimum of 9 credit units
- Enrolled in a College Support class each semester the award is given
- Check Course Listing with your counselor
- Currently participating in ONE of the following programs:
- African American Scholastic Program
- Asian Pacific American Student Success
- CalWorks
- Continuing Student Counseling
- Guardian Scholars Program
- HARTS
- Latino Services Network
- New Student Counseling
- Tulay
- VASA
- Minimum a term and cumulative GPA of 2.0
In order to renew eligibility for the scholarship, a student must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Attend two appointments with a program counselor during the semester when scholarship funds are awarded
- Have a current electronic Education Plan by a counselor in the semester funds are awarded
- Participate in at least one academic enrichment session designated by your counselor each semester
You can submit your application online on your Scholarship Universe account. A personal statement and a CCSF unofficial transcript must be included with the application. The application deadline is Friday, April 2, 2021.
Computers, Printing & Study Space
Computers, study tables for you to work and/or eat on, a private conference room you can reserve for a study group and 10cents/page printing for students.
Academic & Personal Counseling
1 hour appointments available for educational plans, AA/AS degree or transfer, 30 minute appointments available for one semester plan.
