An introductory course focusing on high-energy group fitness. It will have bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. The course will be a mix of strength training and aerobic exercises. It will offer a challenging and varied workout in a

Exploration of LGBTQ+ film in two critical decades: the 1970s following the Stonewall Uprising and the 1980s with the rise of the AIDS pandemic. LGBTQ+ representations in film will be explored through historical, artistic, critical, and political perspectives. LGBTQ+ inspired films such as, horror, documentaries, cult favorites, international, and experimental films will be explored to assess the social and cultural impacts on LGBTQ+ people and communities.
This course examines Pacific Islander migrations to the United States mainland including the history, culture, and politics of Hawai'i and U.S. Pacific territories. It explores indigenous cultures and American experiences of Pacific Islanders from Guam, American Samoa, Palau, Marshall Islands, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Tahiti, New Zealand, and Australia.

This course provides skills and strategies to advance language justice and equip monolingual and multilingual health workers to work cross-culturally by providing services that are culturally and linguistically appropriate, and through advocacy that promotes systemic changes, empowering self and clients.
