Homeless At-Risk Transitional Students
The Homeless At-Risk Transitional Students (HARTS) Program provides student-centered support services that minimize academic barriers and increase access for students who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing housing insecurity. Our aim is to develop meaningful relationships with HARTS students and within those relationships, empower HARTS students in reaching their full potential to realize their educational goals. We offer students a safe space to cultivate a support network and develop self-efficacy. Our goal is to meet students where they are at and offer services that create fewer opportunity gaps which directly impact student retention and build agency for greater success in academic attainment.
