Instructor Bio

Jeff graduated from Amherst College in 1993 and received his Master's Degree in Buddhist Studies from Yale. Besides his beloved San Francisco, Jeff has lived in upstate New York, Florida, and Tokyo. He practices taiji, and his other interests include cats, speculative fiction, and yoga.
