I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and after couple of years in the private sector in the B2B sales field, I made the decision to make a career change and begun to take classes in the CNIT Department of City College of San Francisco. I am a graduate of the CNIT program; one of the first group of students to have received the Associate Degree from the CNIT Department. Since then, I have spent my career in IT in the public sector, and have over 15 years of technical support and system administration experience. I am currently a System Administrator for a department of the City and County of San Francisco.
