Catalog Description
This course emphasizes topics of relevance to mathematics and computer science majors: logic, proof techniques, mathematical induction, set theory, elementary number theory, functions and their growth, relations, recursion, combinatorics, analysis of algorithms, trees, and graphs.

This 6-week section will meet in person at the Ocean Campus. Students can email the instructor if they have questions before the semester begins.
Requisites

PREREQ: Precalculus or higher Recommended Preparation, (MATH 100A or MATH 110A) and (CS 110B or CS 11B
