An in-depth history of Western Civilization since 1600, with emphasis on the more important political, economic, social, artistic, and cultural aspects of western life and on the role of the western civilization in world affairs.

This class is part of CityOnline and has a shorter semester (16 Weeks). HIST 4B-Sec 961 has TWO scheduled IN-PERSON meetings- one for the Midterm on MONDAY 3/16 from 6:10-8:30 pm and one for the Final on MONDAY, 5/18 from 6:10-9:30 pm. All other meetings are online and require the use of Canvas. All coursework is completed on Canvas using an internet enabled device. This section uses open educational resources.
