Catalog Description
Focus on advanced beginning multi-zone targeting conditioning techniques that relate to the dance idiom. Emphasis on beyond the basics of Pilates principles that build abdominal and back strength. Exercises include various approaches that combine body alignment, core strength, flexibility techniques, floor barre, weight training and stability exercises.
