Meetings in seminar format for practitioners, directors, site supervisors, leaders and emerging leaders in programs serving children and youth. Topics may include emerging trends in the field, policy and advocacy, equity/inclusion/belonging, quality improvement efforts, staff supervision and teamwork, legal and licensing issues, facilities and fund development, and other topics as needed.

The class meets 2 times: Saturday April 11 and 25 from 9-5 at John Adams Campus. .Join us for this participatory one unit course, engaging the ECE field in exploring pitfalls and opportunities of AI in early childhood and TK-5 education, including how to protect our students’ data; strategies for using generative AI as a support for good teaching; and how to center and advocate for high quality teaching and learning experiences for young children in the context of AI.
