Real Estate Property Mgmt

An introductory course dealing with property management and its relationship to agency and contracts in real estate. Topics include owner and tenant relations, marketing, leases and negotiation, financial aspects, maintenance and construction, types of managed property, property management economics, rent control, eviction, federal and state housing laws, insurance and risk management, environmental concerns, and safety issues.

Research Methods

An introduction to research methods in psychology. This course presents how researchers in psychology use critical analysis, theories, and methods to generate usable information. Emphasis on research design, experimental procedures, instrumentation, qualitative methods, and the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of findings. Attention is paid to strategies to decolonize psychological research.
