Administration, supervision, and management of early childhood education programs. Emphasis on daily operations and human relations, including staffing; family involvement; and developing communication guidelines for director/teacher, teacher/teacher, and teacher/family.

Recommended Preparation, ESL 186 or placement in ESL 188 or readiness for college-level English
