Catalog Description
This course covers the principles and practices of maternal newborn health and nursing care. Content focuses on the maternity cycle, women's health, and the development of the newborn from the embryonic stage to neonatal life. Clinical nursing experience will be in acute care inpatient settings and include skills/simulation days.

PREREQ: NURS 50B and NURS 50L and NURS 51
