Fall 2015

Aug 17 Instruction Begins. First day to add classes and change section
Aug 22 Saturday classes begin
Aug 23 Sunday classes begin
Aug 28

Last day to officially, drop or reduce full-term coursework units in order to qualify for a 100% tuition and enrollment fee refund.

Sept 4

Last day to add full-term course in-person.

Last day to add online using Web4.

Sept 5-7 Holiday, Labor Day Weekend Observance (College closed, No Classes Held)
Sept 10

Last day to drop full-term coursework units without a “W” appearing on a student’s permanent record

Last day to drop in order to received a 50% (half) non-resident refund tuition.

Sept 15 Last  day to file petition to receive Associate of Arts or Science Transfer Degree.  You must see a counselor before submitting your petition.
Sept 17

Last day to request pass/no(P/NP) grading option, where available for all full-term courses.

Sept 25 Holiday, Indigenous People Day (College Open, No Classes held)
Sept 29 Last day to apply for an Assoicate in Arts, or an Associate in Science Degree.  Last day to apply for an Award of Achievement or Certificate of Accomplishment.  You must see a counselor before submitting your petition. 
Oct 16 End of Mid-Term Period
Oct 27 First day Mid-Term grades available on Web4
Nov 11 Holiday, Veteran's Day (No Classes,College Closed)
Nov 12

Last day to file a petition for leave of absence.

Last day for student/instructor initiated withdrawals.  No student initiated or instructor initiated withdrawals will be approved after this date.

Instructor must assign a grade or an incomplete after this date.

Nov 26-29 Holiday, Thanksgiving (College Closed, No Classes)
Dec 10 Last day for students to fulfill requirements to remove an Incomplete notation received from previous semester.   
Dec 11-18 Final examinations for day, evening classes.    
Dec 19-20 Final examinations for Saturday and Sunday classes.
Jan 7, 2016 Finals grades available on Web4
