YAPA – Yet Another Phishing Attack

Hello Everyone,

The email below is a phishing attack. Please delete and do not answer. If you have already answered, please change your email password immediately. If you use the same password for other systems, I advise you change it there as well. If you need any assistance, please contact the Help Desk at (415) 239-3711 or Toll Free (844) 693-HELP (4357). They can help you change your password.

Many people emailed me asking about this or to notify me and I want to thank all of you for doing so. There is never a downside to being alert or suspicious in these cases. As they say, it is better to be safe than sorry. If you checked to see the URL that is referenced in the link, it goes to ccsf.besaba.com – this would not be an appropriate web address for you to do anything official related to CCSF technology.

Let’s all continue to practice safe computing.

Jay
