Applying to private/independent colleges and universities:
Private/independent colleges and universities establish their own application deadlines and the admissions application used.
Many use the Common Application which is a single online college application form used by over 900 colleges and universities. Instead of filling out the same general information—like your address, GPA, and extracurriculars— a dozen times, you only have to do it once.
Learn what you need to do to apply by checking the individual private/independent college/university you are interested in attending.
College Report Form
If you need this completed, please follow the instructions below:
- Students must complete the Student Section(s) of the College Report. Blank forms will not be accepted and will further delay processing of it.
- Students can email the completed form to Amy Coffey (email@example.com) and cc Sophia Montano (firstname.lastname@example.org). They must include their CCSF ID number in the email.
- Students must list the institution(s) and the contact information for the College Report to be sent to. Many institutions are accepting electronic submissions, so the students must include the email address or website. If it needs to be mailed, they must provide the address. If it needs to be faxed, the fax number needs to be included (fax submissions will be done on Mondays and Wednesdays).
- The due date also needs to be included in the email to Amy and Sophia.
