- Student Accountability Report -- measures student's academic progress, behavior, and study skills. Instructors and counselors complete these reports for each student every 4 weeks.
- Counselors meet with students to review these reports with them 4 times a semester.
- Classes (such as Transitional Studies, English 93, College Success -- IDST 50, LERN 52a and b -- study strategies) have their own SLOs and SLO assessment processes.
Counselors and instructors meet weekly to discuss assessment of student outcomes and progress.
We compile a report at the end of each academic year for our stakeholders (California State Department of Education) and other partners.
