EOPS is a state-funded program that provides services to eligible EOPS students who are in good standing with the program. Services include EOPS counseling, book vouchers, priority registration, orientation to college, workshops, and CSU and UC transfer application fee waivers. EOPS coordinates its resources with other CCSF departments and programs to enhance student success.

In addition, eligible EOPS students may participate in the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) - an EOPS program that provides additional counseling, food card services, educational grants (dependent upon available funding), and workshops. Please see the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education section for specific eligibility criteria and further information. Students must first be eligible and admitted into EOPS to qualify for CARE.
