Scope & Funding for Contract

A number of local foundations have provided generous support for various College needs that will bring us into compliance with the Accreditation Standards.  To date, we have received grants from the Evelyn and Walter Haas Jr. Fund, the Hellman Foundation, the Morris Stulsaft Foundation, and the Rappaport Family Foundation.  Several other foundations have invited the College to submit proposals as well.  Funding will support the Education Master Plan among other critical needs such as software and training to align curriculum, program review, and student learning outcomes as well as strengthening our technology infrastructure.

Request for Proposals (RFP) - written by Dean of Institutional Effectiveness.  The process for developing the RFP and reviewing proposals has involved many participants from across the institution.  The RFP was reviewed by Planning Committee on February 7, and March 7, 2013; PGC on March 14, 2013; and Academic Senate on February 7, 2013.  Selection of the consultant was made independently by the college.
