Email Agenda and Minutes to Faculty Resolution

Whereas improved communication between the Curriculum Committee and the faculty and chairs to create curriculum and expedite approvals is desirable,

Be it resolved that a new email account for the Curriculum Committee Chair will be created, and will be used to send Curriculum Committee agendas and minutes to both the dept-chair and faculty email lists before and after meetings.

Be it further resolved that the content of the email should also include the meeting place, links to CurricUNET and the Curriculum Committee website, information about following up with appropriate people if an expected outline is not on the agenda, and other appropriate reminders at the discretion of the Curriculum Committee Chair.
