Most opportunities with the college are available via the bid process. In general the college prefers to do business with local providers offering quality goods and services. Once a bid is awarded, a prospective business must provide basic business information: W-9, business licenses and certifications, S/L/WBE certificates, proof of insurance liability coverage, non-discrimination and non-collusion affidavits, and the like. If your business cannot provide those documents, we cannot proceed in a business relationship.

Bear in mind many businesses offer similar products. Vendor lists for offfice and computer supplies run into the hundreds, for example.  Additionally, laws, regulations, and policies may preclude us from doing business with a fine company (i.e. sustainability and Green guidelines).

The college prefers Net 30 terms, FOB Destination.
