Short Bio:

Coach Tui began her dance career at the age of 4. As a child, she danced with the San Francisco Ballet for 4 Nutcracker Seasons. At the age of 6 she also began pursuing a love for Polynesian dance, Tahitian in particular. Her training expanded into Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and other ethnic styles of dance throughout her schooling.

She began choreographing her own pieces professionally at the age of 15, and co-founded the SF Dance Project/Company at the age of 18 with co-founder Leilana Corpuz. After dancing professionally for several years, Coach Tui majored in Dance at CCSF. In her time here, she became a founding member of the CCSF Cheer and Dance Team and particpated extensively in the Dance Program as well as being featured  as a choreographer in mulitple dance concerts at the college. She transferred to UC Berkeley and majored in World Arts and Cultures with an emphasis in Dance, and continued cheering and dancing throughout her college career. After college she continued Polynesian dancing professionally with various organizations including Disney Resorts & Cruises, Orlando FL., and Moanalei Productions,New Zealand.
