The Work Experience program provides on-the-job opportunities for students to learn the skills required for successful employment. Students may also earn college credit for current work experience.
Work Experience Credit Courses
City College offers seven Work Experience credit courses. Several courses provide the student with an orientation to the world of work and a solid foundation for career planning. Other classes explore specific practices needed for successful employment such as punctuality, personal appearance, direction taking, job completion and workplace diplomacy.
