What will I learn in this program?

The program of study for the Certificate of Completion in Retail Management is designed to prepare students for employment as retail managers. Retailing is a global industry that spans marketing, high-technology and business leadership. The Retail Management Certificate of Achievement introduces you to the fundamentals of business, marketing, and retail. While retail experience is a plus, it is not required to successfully complete this program. Whether you prefer the people, the creative or the analytical side of business, the retail industry has a role perfectly suited to you and your talents.
