Computing Skills for Scientists

What will I learn in this program?

This one-semester Certificate in Computing Skills is designed for scientists already working in their respective fields.  This Program will give working scientists an introduction to technical computing skills. Students will learn the basics of working in a Unix or Linux environment, will learn basic programming techniques using Perl, and will learn database fundamentals using MySQL.
